## Description

NHS North of England Commissioning Support Unit \(NECS\) has a requirement to procure and implement Starlink Low Earth Orbit \(LEO\) internet links for a period of up to 5 years\. These links will form the "underlay" \(Internet transport\) for the refreshed CoIN/SD-WAN that NECS are implementing with Virgin Media O2\. These links will be used as the transport layer for this wider CoIN/SD-WAN managed service that has recently been initiated\.
