## Description

This contract is for the provision of Dell Hardware to Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group \(CCG\)\. This document outlines the Procurement process that has been undertaken to contract with Dell Direct to support the Somerset GPiT Hardware Refresh programme\. The aim is to supply the CCG with 30, PowerEdge R340 Servers\. This procurement process has been conducted in accordance with Standing Financial Instructions via a compliant government framework\. Approval is sought to award the contract to Dell Corporation PLC for the value of £53,670\.00 exclusive of VAT following an SFI compliant process, in the form of a Direct Award using HTE Framework Terms and Conditions, as listed as part of the HealthTrust Europe's \(HTE's\) ESEE ICT Solutions 2020 Framework Terms and Conditions\.
