Provision of domestic, general and miscellaneous waste management and monitoring services\. To include but not limited to: \(i\) Waste collection \(ii\) Waste minimisation \(iii\) Segregation \(iv\) Reuse \(v\) Recycling \(vi\) Treatment and disposal For all general, domestic and miscellaneous waste generated by the Authority utilising means which minimise environmental impact and maximise cost savings\.
