e-ITT for the provision of Habitat and Air Quality Monitoring Service \(on a three-year cycle from spring 2021 to spring 2033\) On behalf of New Forest District Council Closing Date for Submission of Tenders: 12\.00 NOON, 19 MARCH 2021 To be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal \(SEBP\) The project purpose is to monitor the condition of sensitive vegetation within the New Forest SPA, SAC and RAMSAR sites, to assess whether or not nutrient nitrogen deposition, acid deposition and ammonia levels from traffic emissions are having an adverse effect on these designated European sites\. See Appendix B - Outcome Specification for further details\.
