4603.EFM.SW.25 Fire Alarm Remediation - Phase 1

The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for fire alarm remediation works.

Scope of Requirement:

The works comprise of the remediation of the fire alarm systems across four university buildings: • ARMC 2 (FOF) • Central Annexe • Computer Building • Ella Armitage

The works consist of the replacement of detectors, installation of new devices where required, replacement of panels, installation
