## Description

It is envisaged that customers will require cashless parking solutions as either a standalone parking solution or as an additional payment solution to their traditional hardware parking solutions such as Pay & Display and Pay on foot\.\\r \\r As well as comprehensive civil enforcement software and associated services to assist Local Authorities in their enforcement under the Road Traffic Act 1991 \(RTA\) / Traffic Management Act 2004 \(TMA\) and other similar legislation\. Key requirements are anticipated to include the administration and processing of Penalty Charge Notices \(PCNs\) and permit management\.
