## Description

The works to 33 The Crescent Brimington is to a Council owned property in need of repair\. The works involve the installation of temporary propping to support the whole of the rear side of the roof at eaves level and the adjacent external cavity wall of half of the side elevation, also at eaves level\. The areas of first floor spanning into the walls below this level are also to be temporarily propped\. The rebuilding of the rear elevation and half of the side elevation\.
