Pre-Planning Application Advice for the Construction of a new building of approximately 11,500sqm (NIA) for Northumbria University to include clinical skills centre, integrated health and social care hub, Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) centre, applied science laboratories and staff workspace. The Centre for Health and Social Equity (CHASE) will be a flagship centre that focuses on Northumbria University's excellence in research and training. The scheme will include the demolition of the existing Claude Gibb halls of residence. Additional information: Newcastle City Council are the only possible supplier for Planning Advice as they are the Planning Authority for the proposed site developments.
