Better ways of working

The MCA have approached Vodafone regarding the "Better ways of working" consultancy offering which has already been instigated with our parent Agency DFT.

The scope of the BWOW project will consist of:

eSurey of all MCA employees (Approx 1000) Analysis of eSurvey and report Executive interviews with MCA leadership team (Max 10) Technical audit of the core employee technology capabilities and services Commercial assessment with the framework to assess the business case for change Observation exercise with a group of 8 - 12 employees at Spring Place This workshop is focused on the employees capturing images to document best practice or unknown issues within the current office environment.
