## Description

The Client will require the support of technical advisors who are highly capable, with the knowledge and ability to provide: , - transport modelling using Moira 2\.2, Planet Framework Model \(PFM\) and the Northern Rail Modelling System/Northern Transport Modelling System \(NoRMS/NorTMS\); - modelling and appraisal advice based on a deep understanding of the Transport Analysis Guidance \(TAG\) and related rail appraisal and forecasting guidance
