Parking and Seafronts - Security

The contract is for a fixed term of 12 months to open and lock several of the Councils car parks across the district. The times for these duties alters in winter months and this should be carefully noted. Please note the clauses detailed in the final paragraph of the attached specification.

Tendring District Council invites your company to provide a quotation for the above one year agreement due to begin on 1 April 2016. If you would like to be considered for this work please complete and return the specification sheet mentioned in the link below as per the following instructions:

Questions or clarification – If you have any queries please email Nikki Nepean (nnepean@tendringdc.gov.uk) by the question deadline of mid-day 23rd February 2016. All questions will be collated, answered and re-circulated as soon as possible after that date.

The deadline for receipt of your quotation is mid-day on 4th March 2016 and must be sent to our locked email address tenderbox2@tendringdc.gov.uk. Submissions will only be accepted by this method and before the deadline. The tenderbox2 email address will remain locked from now until after the deadline for quotations.

Additional copies MUST NOT be submitted in hard copy to any other recipient or member of the Council, or email copied or forwarded to additional email recipients. This may disqualify your submission and could nullify the tender exercise.

There is a receipt limit of 20 megabytes per email on the Council email system. The onus is on you, the responder, to ensure that emails are received by us. For large files you may like to send zip files up to 20 meg per email or file downloads.

The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation.
