## Description

Melton Borough Council \(MBC\) has commissioned a programme of non-intrusive housing stock & condition surveys, including mechanical and electrical elements to around 80% of our 1800 stock, on a rapid 6-month programme in year one, followed by a programme of inspections on remaining properties over the following four years\.
