Pan-London CHC in nursing homes AQP - re-procurement

Description

The pan-London CHC in nursing homes AQP contract (Nursing Homes AQP) will expire on 31 March 2018. The Nursing Homes AQP commissioners intend to re-procure the framework. Applications will open from 13 November 2017 to 22 December 2017. Successful providers will be added to an AQP list which will be used by London Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and discharge teams to make continuing healthcare placements in nursing homes. The AQP is the standard route of commissioning for the participating CCGs. The contract will use the NHSE shorter-form Standard Contract.
