## Description

The scheme comprises re-pointing and re-rendering with lime mortar to external walls and associated works including joinery repairs and painting of windows and overhauling metal rainwater goods\. The project will be conducted into two phases, the first phase \(Duke Street elevation\) to be delivered within 6-months with an anticipated completion date of November 2017\. The second phase \(Pannier Market elevation\) will most likely be delivered early 2018\.
