## Description

GCloud framework award to Civica Involve of a stakeholder engagement system, which is used by hundreds of customers to manage and communicate with their members, local communities and other stakeholders\. The CRM Member/Stakeholder Engagement Platform is designed specifically for the health sector\. The contract is for a 12-month term with potential to extend up to 12 months for up to 2 times, subject to funding\. The total value of the contract \(12 months\) is £25,000 excluding VAT\. This procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit \(SCW\) on behalf of the Commissioner\(s\)\. Additional information: The contract value of this procurement is under the threshold that is subject to the full regime of current EU procurement legislation and governed by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015\.
