## Description

Gressenhall Workhouse, a Grade II listed building, is part of the Norfolk Museum Services\. It is situated approximately 1 mile from the village of Gressenhall and 3 miles from the town of Dereham\. The building dates back to 1777 when built as a ´House of Industry´ \(Workhouse\), to provide a home and work to the rural poor who were otherwise unable to obtain work\. The Council is seeking to appoint a Main Contractor to undertake building fabric repairs and improvements in accordance with the specification and scope contained within the tender pack\.
