eITT for the Provision of Corporate Specialist Cleaning Services (Window Cleaning, Render Cleaning & Gutter Clearance) Closing Date for Submission of Tenders 12.00 NOON, 22 FEBRUARY 2024 To be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP) Scope Overview: To provide cleaning services to Council owned buildings. The services have been split into the following Lots (bidders can apply for as many as they are capable of): Lot 1 - Commercial Window Cleaning Lot 2 - Specialist Render/EWI Cleaning Lot 3 - Gutter Clearance and Fascia Cleaning. See Appendix B - Outcome Specification for further details.
