16 081 Insurance Provision

Cheshire East Borough Council ("CEBC") are seeking Insurance Provider(s) , NOT BROKER SERVICES, to provide Corporate Insurance cover per the specification prepared by CEBC's brokers AON. Note -participation via electronic tendering:www.the-chest.org.uk - refer to section VI.3 below. Current policies: Property, Combined Liability/Medical Malpractice, Motor, Engineering, Crime/PersonalAccident, Computer/Terrorism/Marine, Legal Expenses. Bids requested for Cyber Liability + EnvironmentalImpairment. CEBC reserves the right not to award one or more lots. Agreements for use by CEBC + all CEBC subsidiary and associated companies, including, but not limited to:Tatton Park Enterprises Ltd; Engine of the North Ltd; Ansa Environmental Services Ltd; Orbitas BereavementServices Ltd; Civicance Ltd, Skills and Growth Company Ltd and Everybody Sports & Recreational Trust Ltd(Trading as Everybody Ltd, a charitable trust), Transport Service Solutions Ltd, and any other wholly or partly owned CEBC companies.
