Cheshire East Borough Council \("CEBC"\) are seeking Insurance Provider\(s\) , NOT BROKER SERVICES, to provide Corporate Insurance cover per the specification prepared by CEBC's brokers AON\. Note -participation via electronic tendering:www\.the-chest\.org\.uk - refer to section VI\.3 below\. Current policies: Property, Combined Liability/Medical Malpractice, Motor, Engineering, Crime/PersonalAccident, Computer/Terrorism/Marine, Legal Expenses\. Bids requested for Cyber Liability \+ EnvironmentalImpairment\. CEBC reserves the right not to award one or more lots\. Agreements for use by CEBC \+ all CEBC subsidiary and associated companies, including, but not limited to:Tatton Park Enterprises Ltd; Engine of the North Ltd; Ansa Environmental Services Ltd; Orbitas BereavementServices Ltd; Civicance Ltd, Skills and Growth Company Ltd and Everybody Sports & Recreational Trust Ltd\(Trading as Everybody Ltd, a charitable trust\), Transport Service Solutions Ltd, and any other wholly or partly owned CEBC companies\.
