Housing Redevelopment at 13 Loewen Road, Chadwell St Mary

The Council's requirement under this Contract is for the redevelopment of 13 Loewen Road, Chadwell St Mary. This involves the demolition of an existing building and the design and construction of four affordable residential properties, including external works, landscaping and car parking.
