GB-London: Place-based retraining for adults

Through this project, we would like a supplier to explore the linkages between adults, 'place', jobs and skills. It should enhance current LGA policy (building on Work Local and adult skills work - see below) enabling it to advocate on behalf of councils and combined authorities for a lead role, working with other partners, to anticipate labour market opportunities and challenges today and in coming years and help adults realise their potential. It is aimed at our member authorities and elected members, parliamentarians, Whitehall and stakeholders.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
