GB-Derby: DH19085 - Chesapeake Community Centre Demolition

This notice is to confirm that a call for further competition has been held on Efficiency East Midlands' demolitions framework (EEM0036) for the demolition of Chesapeake Community Centre in Derby, and a contract has subsequently been awarded.

The contract was awarded on the basis of the successful contractor achieving the highest overall score, which included a price/quality ratio of 45/55 respectively. The quality scores assigned to each participating contractor by Efficiency East Midlands were used in calculating the total score.
