City of York Council wishes to award a framework agreement for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering\. The Framework will be for a period of 24months/2years with an option to extend for a further period of 24months/2years\. Approx\. £1m per annum\. • Number of Trade Categories - 27 • Maximum number of Trade Categories a contractor can bid for - 10 • Maximum number of Contractors on a Trade Category - 3 • Framework Call off Procedure: Primarily Direct Award \(based on highest ranking company, this will be on a ranking mechanism\) and option for Further Competition if required\.
