## Description

Central Bedfordshire Council has appointed Spacemaker Developments Ltd to deliver a modular/SIPs panel building at Rainbows Nursery\. The building is required in place of a traditional construction method and will include toilet facilities, a wet area, and a small kitchenette for warming milk and supporting nursery operations\.
