Managed Print Services

A managed print service vendor is sought to support CIS in:

◾Providing a modern Managed Print Service to the University which meets the needs of all teaching, research and administration staff and students in a consistent and manageable way. ◾Developing a Business Case for the Managed Print Service to ensure all locations are served, as best as possible, by MFDs providing modern printing, copying and scanning facilities. ◾Developing and implementing a project to fulfil the business case ◾Creating a roadmap and credible plan for continuing to improve Managed Print Services across the University, being agile to respond to changes within the University and prompt to implement new features and services where they are needed and beneficial.
