Work description
The NHSBSA is a Special Health Authority and an Arm's Length Body (ALB) of the Department of Health which provides a range of critical central services to NHS organisations, NHS contractors, patients and the public. It operates a broad range of national services to scale. Further information on our extensive service portfolio can be found at http://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/About.aspx.
Within the NHS Business Service Authority we have 15 IBML ImageTrac Document scanners. The purpose of this ITQ is to provide the required consumables for these scanners. All items will need to be delivered to our Wakefield site by the 1st of May 2017, 1st September 2017 and 1st of January 2018. The requirements are required in three deliveries with a 1/3 of the total items required being delivered on each delivery.
It is assumed that year 2 volumes will be at a similar level to year 1 however further volumes and dates for consumable deliveries for 2018/19 will be confirmed once the NHSBSA has completed its budget planning cycle for financial year 2018/19. Through this procurement process we expect suppliers to provide a unit price for each item which will apply for the full term of the contract.
