Description
The Alder Hey Marketing and Communications team is an established and multi-skilled one. It has delivered and continues to deliver a base level of internal and external marketing and communications services that the Trust has come to expect. However, there is a need to establish a new way of working, operating a planned campaign approach that results in measureable and sustained marketing and communications gains for Alder Hey. There is also a current lack of capacity in the team and we are often unable to do full justice to the amount of great stories in the Trust. We already have an internal and external marketing and communications plan that seeks to build, or even rebuild, our profile using existing activities. This plan has been named, for project purposes, "Spring Forward" and is focused on delivery of activities and initiatives that we can use to refocus public and staff attention on the best of Alder Hey and our contribution to children and young people's health globally. We are looking for agency support to take us through to January 2019 to help us deliver Spring Forward. We require this agency to work very closely with us to deliver the pre-identified internal and external marketing and communications activity, including the formal opening of the Institute in the Park; the use of Christmas as a more enhanced and more public point of celebration of Alder Hey; work with the Charity partners on their planned activity that will engage existing and new supporters. We are looking for a full service agency that will also be able to add value to our existing plans. Additional information: All ITT documents can be access free of charge by registering on the Trust's e-tendering portal https://procontract.due-north.com/register and searching for this opportunity under Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust.
