ITT for Howards Mead Internal Refurbishment Closing Date for Submission of Tenders: 12\.00 NOON, FRIDAY 31st JANUARY 2020 To be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal \(SEBP\) New Forest District Council \(NFDC\) is undertaking a large refurbishing project to the flats and maisonettes at Howards Mead, Pennington, Lymington\. This section of the project is for the redecoration and replacement flooring to six communal areas in four blocks of flats\. The scope of the works shall be for the redecoration and re-flooring of communal areas to four blocks of flats at Howards Mead, Pennington, Lymington\.
