NOTE: This notice was updated on 17 March 2020 for the following reason: Date for submission of tenders extended to 07/04/20\(Surrey Heath Borough Council requires an up to date, comprehensive and prioritised list of assets and their conditions in relation to all of its operational property portfolio\. This comprehensive list will determine the Planned Preventative Maintenance Plan \(PPMP\) and budget required which will in turn dictate the Councils' overarching Asset Management Strategy\.\) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
