The London Borough of Merton is inviting tenders to provide a technology platform route planning and case management software, implementation, business development support, professional consultancy services, training, maintenance and support services contract for a Passenger Transport Management System to replace its current solution and related services to enhance service delivery and provide more safe and secure transport to our children and elderly clients\.
