The Council intends to award one contract to include all items below to one organisation: - Item A - Environmental Monitoring, Capture and Analysis of Data and Reporting - Item B - Servicing leachate pumps, maintenance of leachate infrastructure and Emergency Callout - Item C - Landfill Consultancy Services
