Description
South Staffordshire District Council ("the Council") is inviting suitably experienced and qualified consultants to undertake independent affordable housing viability assessments, in support of planning application decisions made by the Council. The assessments will need to be carried out by the Service Provider in accordance with all relevant national and local planning policy and guidance, including but not limited to, the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), Planning Practice Guidance (PPG), the housing policies within South Staffordshire's adopted Core Strategy (2012), and any updates or successor documents of these.
