Processing and uploading of Deed documents

The processing and redaction of up to 1,150 deed pdf files; reuniting of split deed parts into a single deed document; upload of deed documents and associated covenants into the Section 106 and CIL software system; upload of financial receipts and spends data for deeds as applicable; provision of regular update reports during the project, and a final report highlighting any known deed issues which require further investigation or action by the S106 Officer.
