## Description

The University of Exeter is looking to appoint a supplier to provide evaluation, in line with ESIF and ERDF requirements, of the Smartline Extension Project\. The successful bidder will be required to provide the following documents: • An updated Logic Model \(the current model will be provided to the successful contractor\) with measures and indicators for anticipated outcomes and impacts\)\. • An evaluation plan - describing proposed approach to measuring additionality and the data collection methodologies\. • Research instruments \(e\.g\. questionnaires, topic guides\) • Draft and Final "Summative Assessment" report addressing each of the research questions and meeting the Summative Assessment Guidance issued by the Managing Authority\. • Competition of the Summary Assessment Report Summary template provided by the Managing Authority • Presentation to the Project Management Group\.
