Work description
This procurement is for the replacement of defective screed floor at two properties in Clevedon, North Somerset. It also includes the removal and installation of kitchens and bathroom, and making good. Please see SoR for full details of works required.
AHG intends to award the contracts on 30th July 2019. It is anticipated that works will commence in August 2019 with completion by 20th September 2019, however, this will be agreed at point of award.
Tender (ITT) submissions MUST be received no later than midday on 16th July 2019. Potential Providers must familiarise themselves with the operation of the e-tendering portal and allow sufficient time for the uploading of required documents. Tenders submitted after the deadline will not be accepted
