Development surveys, Rougham Hill, Bury St Edmunds

The Council is in the process of bringing forward a development scheme on the above site and surveys are required to support the development process and assist in decision making in relation to the viability of the preferred scheme. The surveys will provide essential information which will allow the Council to mitigate risks and understand relevant constraints.
