Occupational Therapy Assessments

• The service will work with an agreed number of cases. Initially this figure will be set at 400, but the figure may increase during the term of contract by mutual agreement based on performance of the contractor and the identified needs of Trafford residents. • Referrals allocated to the Contractor will have been triaged by the Provider. • The Provider will supply the Contractor with an introductory letter explaining that the Contractor is acting on behalf of the Provider. • The referrals are likely to require one face to face visit, but remote methods of assessment may be used where an assessment has determined that this is appropriate and an average of one follow up visit or remote appointment
