Tyne Housing Association - Remodelling of Clifford House

Description

Tyne Housing Association seeks to appoint one Contractor to undertake the remodelling of Clifford House, Lucy Street, Blaydon. The aim of the project is to remodel the property to provide high standard accommodation to support independent living. The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the works including design (RIBA plan of works Stages 4 up to 7), structural remodelling to provide 7 flats, electrical, plumbing and heating, windows and doors, roof repairs, alarms and security, Utilities and external works. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
