## Description

The introduction of Universal Credit, and other changes, means that matching processing resource to workload requirements, over the short to medium term, is becoming increasingly challenging\. To ensure that Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support applications and changes are processed accurately and in a timely manner, the Council must be able to balance processing requirements with resource availability and capacity\.
