## Description

BCP Council is establishing a framework for the Hire of construction-related heavy-duty motor vehicles, machinery, equipment and prefabricated buildings\. During the term of this framework, the Council may require a range of products to supplement its in-house resources to assist the Council in the delivery of both Routine Maintenance and Infrastructure Improvement schemes\.
