Estates Valuation Service

East of England Ambulance Service will shortly be issuing an ITQ with the intention of establishing a working relationship with a firm of property valuers who can provide services across the Trust's six counties: Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk. The successful supplier will provide a valuation of all the Trust's freehold and long leasehold interest by the end of February 2017. The incumbent will also provide ad hoc valuations for a period of 3 years from the commencement of the contract, and report annually with a view of the property market in the Trust area and any possible financial impact. The Trust wishes to hear from suppliers interested in quoting for this opportunity.
