The Borough Council of Bolton \("the Authority"\) is prepared to receive tenders for Domestic Abuse & Violence Homelessness Prevention Service which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed\. This Service is for the delivery of a Housing Related Floating Support Services to women and men at risk of domestic abuse in Bolton\. The purpose of the service is to assist people to develop or maintain their independence within the community, so enabling them to sustain their homes or tenancies\.
