## Description

To survey and provide a risk assessment of all trees growing on land owned by Stratton St Margaret Parish Council, and as identified in map appendix a, and to provide a fully itemised report including; • Species of the individual tree or group of trees\. • Age classification of the tree\. • Measured tree height and diameter • Current condition of the trees and identify structural defects, decay and/or signs of disease or ill health\. • Provide safety and arboricultural management, recommendations, and a timescale for works\. • Provide quarterly, itemised updates of all outstanding and completed works\. • Accurately plot and number individual trees in a ‘Pear mapping’ compatible format for the Council’s access and use\.
