## Description

Homes England is seeking to appoint a Monitoring Surveying \(MS\) firm from its Multidisciplinary Panel\. The appointed Surveyor's role will include providing an Initial Report and ongoing Monthly Monitoring Reports of the works in respect of the loan investment under LUHBF for a development site in Bengeo East Hertfordshire\. All work will be instructed under the terms of the 2021-2025 Development Monitoring and Management Services Framework\.
