STRUCTURAL ENGINEER CONSULTANCY SERVICES

West Lancashire Borough Council invites Service Providers to tender for the provision of structural engineering services. The Council's housing stock ranges from bedsit flats to 4-bedroom houses. It currently has stock of 5824 homes. The scope of the works is to provide the services typical of Structural Engineering Consultants (Qualifications - Charted Civil or Structural Engineer ie C.Eng MICE or C.Eng MIStructE) in relation to buildings owned and managed by WLBC, including dwellings, communal areas, and sheltered accommodation as required throughout the duration of the contract.
