## Description

The Council's Development Agreement with St Modwen's is coming to an end, presenting a real opportunity to consider proposals for the land covered by the remainder of that development site, and in particular how this relates to opening up the western entrance to the Concourse Centre\. The Council is seeking a partner to consult on this opportunity and to prepare and submit the bid for the Government "Levelling Up Fund\. Two Lots awarded\.
