Work description
Colchester Amphora Trading Ltd in conjunction with Colchester Borough Homes, acting on behalf of Colchester Borough Council wishes to commission a Contractor to redevelop a vacant site at Military Road, Colchester, CO1 2AN to provide 6 flats, 2 mews houses and associated assess road, parking, amenity space and landscaping.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
