Library Boiler Replacement Project

The Building Services Contractor shall be responsible for the full detailed design, supply, and installation and commissioning of all mechanical services works associated with the project. The Building Services Contractor shall be responsible for carrying out the strip out of 2No. existing boilers and associated pipework/low loss header, the re-installation of the recently installed Remeha boiler, the installation of a brand new Remeha boiler, reconnection of the boilers to the existing system via an air dirt separator unit, and commissioning of the system. Additionally the contractor shall be responsible for the strip out of the existing domestic hot water cylinder and associated pipework, followed by the installation of a new gas fired AO Smith cylinder and reconnection into the existing domestic hot water distribution pipework. The contractor shall note that the new cold water feed shall pass through heat recovery modules linked to the existing chiller and new boiler flues.
