Medway Council \('The Council'\) invites quotations \(Document 3\) for the provision of consultancy services to provide data analytics and a robust evidence base for an Ultra Low Emission Vehicle \(ULEV\) Strategy for Medway, as detailed in the Specification of Requirement \(Document 2\) and in accordance with these instructions \(Document 1\) and the Council's Terms and Conditions of Contract\.
