The project is the collective purchase of 'Sandless Sandbags' for the 4 Merseyside Local Authorities \(Wirral, Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley\), with Wirral Council leading on the project for the other LLFA's\. A collective purchase will be provide efficiency savings\. The objectives for this scheme are to procure and purchase £30,000\.00 of 'Sandless Sandbags' to be distributed evenly between the 4 Merseyside Local Authorities \(Wirral, Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley\)\.
